Level Wound Coil (LWC) Copper Tubes are among the high-quality imported and supplied products we offer. These tubes are typically manufactured in accordance with ASTM and Coproclima standards, specifically designed to meet the demands of the air conditioning and refrigeration (ACR) industry. Every millimetre of the tubing undergoes 100% Eddy-Current testing, with any surface flaws clearly marked using black ink. For larger coil requirements, the tubes can be supplied in a "Jumbo" or "Eye to Sky" configuration, based on customer specifications. Each tube is purged with nitrogen to ensure internal cleanliness, and both ends are sealed with plastic caps to prevent contamination or oxidation during storage and transport.

COPPER PIPES AND TUBES FOR ACR APPLICATION

These tubes are produced in accordance with both international and national standards, tailored to meet client specifications. Each tube undergoes complete electronic testing using the Eddy Current method, in compliance with ASTM E243. Indigo tubes are entirely free from carbon contamination. They are thoroughly cleaned and sample-tested to ensure residual levels do not exceed 0.038 g/m² (0.35 g/ft²), as outlined by industry codes. Coils are typically supplied in ‘O60’ annealed temper, while straight lengths are delivered in the harder ‘H58’ temper. All products are fully RoHS compliant.

MEDICAL GRADE COPPER PIPES

Each product complies with ASTM B-280 and B-819 standards and undergoes a specialized cleaning, de-burring, nitrogen purging, and pressurization process. The tubes are sealed with easy-to-remove, installer-friendly rubber plugs. At Indigo Metalloys, we use a modern, eco-friendly aqueous degreasing system to meet the ASTM B-280 cleanliness requirement of less than 0.0035 g/ft² on the inner surface. All products are 100% RoHS compliant.

Particularization Should Be Given To:

• Pipeline gas purging during brazing.
• Use of approved filler metals and fluxes.
• Post brazing cleaning and visual inspection of all joints.
• Full compliance with pressure and containment testing, before final approval and use.
